On October 21, Yuhui District in Bengbu, Anhui Province, signed a 1.1-billion-yuan agreement with Hangzhou Himalaya Information Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a 3D printing manufacturing base.

According to news released by Bengbu City News Network in Anhui Province, China, on October 21, the Yuhui District of the city signed an investment agreement with Hangzhou Himalaya Information Technology Co., Ltd. for the Himalaya 3D Printing Manufacturing Base project, with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan.

The project will establish a high-end consumer product 3D printing base integrating R&D, production, and sales. It aims to build a high-end 3D printing equipment manufacturing and application production base focusing on three major sectors: home goods, furniture, and military industry. Through customized smart home product development, lightweight furniture structural design, and high-precision military component manufacturing, the project seeks to achieve technological breakthroughs and industrial upgrading.
