On August 26, 2026, Formnext Asia Shenzhen opened at the Bao'an New Hall.

Xihe Additive brought a full range of copper metal 3D printing applications, with a strong focus on liquid cooling.
On display were mass-produced products including automotive-grade power module cold plates, server GPU/CPU cold plates, memory module cold plates, and new optical module heat sinks. Under the theme “Green Laser 3D-Printed Liquid Cooling Products: From Cutting-Edge Tech to Batch Applications,” Xihe explained how TPMS structures, microchannel structures, and copper-diamond composite materials affect cooling performance. Its AI server cold plates and IGBT cold plates have already entered batch application, marking the move of copper metal 3D printing from prototype validation into industrial production.
The new XH-M350G-2HR also made its debut, targeting batch manufacturing. The machine has been further optimized for printing efficiency, build consistency, and long-term stable operation, making it better suited to full-bed printing and complex liquid-cooling structures. A launch presentation on August 28 will detail its technical features, performance, and real-world applications, showing how it supports scaled manufacturing.
From the first green-laser metal 3D printer, XH-M160G, which filled a gap in China in 2023, to today’s full-size machine matrix covering 100 mm to 1.2 meters; and from AI server cold plates to batch production of rocket engine thrust chambers, Xihe has spent three years completing the leap from technology validation to batch manufacturing. As AI computing power drives cooling demand higher and commercial spaceflight urgently needs complex copper alloy parts, green-laser copper metal 3D printing is moving from a niche solution to an industrial must-have.
