Zhongke Yuchen, Metal 3D Printing Manufacturer, Completes Series C Financing with Exclusive Investment from CNPC Kunlun Capital

Recently, metal 3D printing manufacturer Zhongke Yuchen completed its Series C financing round, exclusively invested by CNPC Kunlun Capital. Throughout the concluded year of 2025, Zhongke Yuchen successfully secured two rounds of financing.

Established in 2013, Nanjing Zhongke Yuchen Laser Technology Co., Ltd. is a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. It focuses on laser additive manufacturing (including powder-fed 3D printing, powder-bed 3D printing, hybrid additive-subtractive manufacturing, and laser repair), intelligent laser processing (such as automated laser welding and water-guided laser processing), as well as the research, development, and manufacturing of core components and serialized industrial software. The company is dedicated to providing comprehensive intelligent laser processing system solutions for Fortune 500 manufacturing enterprises worldwide.

Through a commitment to independent innovation, the company aims to build a robust laser industry chain. It has gradually established R&D centers, marketing offices, and processing service bases across East China, South China, Northeast China, and Southwest China. In recent years, the company has experienced rapid growth, employing over 300 staff group-wide, with R&D personnel accounting for 48%, including 28 advisors and external experts holding doctoral degrees or higher.

Recent Technological Advancements Launch of the 12-Laser Shoe Mold Dedicated Machine RM720A×12

In December 2025, Zhongke Yuchen independently developed and began mass production of the RM720A×12, a specialized twelve-laser large-format 3D printing equipment for shoe molds. While ensuring ultra-high forming precision, it achieves a significant leap in printing productivity.

Core Specifications: Perfect Integration of Large Format and High Flexibility

Large Build Area: Features a 720mm × 370mm build volume (height expandable to 200mm), with flexible options for full or partitioned build plates. This enables easy "multiple pairs per plate" production, significantly boosting single-print throughput.

High Efficiency: Utilizes 12 (or 24) multi-laser synchronous scanning, achieving a shoe mold printing efficiency of 40–120 cm³/h. A baseline efficiency of 40 cm³/h is maintained even for complex patterned molds, representing a 2.5x productivity increase compared to four-laser systems. Intelligent single/bidirectional multi-segment variable-speed powder recoating optimizes the balance between spreading speed and layer quality.

Core Specifications: Perfect Integration of Large Format and High Flexibility
Exquisite Detail Reproduction: A beam quality of M² ≤ 1.1 ensures highly concentrated and stable energy output, providing reliable light source performance for the printing of intricate patterns. The forming accuracy for patterns and vent holes is better than ±0.05mm, with an overlap accuracy of ≤ 0.03mm. Multi-laser stitching achieves seamless transitions, delivering impeccable detail fidelity.

Labor-Saving and User-Friendly: The system incorporates intelligent dynamic layer thickness adjustment (20–80 μm), enabling fine-detail printing where required—such as using 20–40 μm thin layers in patterned areas to accurately reproduce intricate textures—while allowing for increased speed in less critical sections. An automated powder feeding and recovery system minimizes manual intervention and reduces operational complexity.

Portable Galvanometer Self-Calibration System RC-CAB

In January 2026, Zhongke Yuchen introduced the high-precision, high-efficiency portable galvanometer self-calibration system RC-CAB (abbreviation for Raycham Calibration). Integrating hardware platforms and dedicated software, this system can complete galvanometer point detection, accuracy error assessment, and automatic calibration parameter generation in one integrated process. It achieves one-time scanning, solving, and calibration, providing "plug-and-play" calibration capabilities for metal additive manufacturing equipment.

Awarded First Prize in the Nonferrous Metals Industrial Science and Technology Award

In January 2026, the project "Key Technologies and Applications for Preparing High-Performance Tungsten-Containing and Tungsten-Based Coating Powders," jointly accomplished by Central South University, Nanjing Zhongke Yuchen Laser Technology Co., Ltd., and other participating institutions, was honored with the First Prize in the Nonferrous Metals Industrial Science and Technology Award. This accolade signifies China's achievement of comprehensive independent innovation and breakthrough in this field, spanning from material preparation to process equipment.
