In May 2026, Shenzhen-based metal additive manufacturing service provider Xihe Additive launched its online printing platform, Addireen Now, offering industrial-grade metal 3D printing services to engineers and designers. The platform supports uploading CAD files to quickly obtain quotes and lead times.
The platform covers the entire workflow from DfAM review, process evaluation, printing and production, to post-processing and quality inspection, aiming to reduce the complexity of sourcing metal AM parts. It supports materials such as titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, pure copper, and copper alloys, with copper being the core technological focus. Xihe Additive has nearly 20 years of laser R&D experience and uses a green laser metal AM process to solve the key challenges of processing highly reflective metals like copper. The shorter wavelength improves copper’s absorption of laser energy, resulting in more stable printing and higher part density.
The company owns over 100 industrial metal 3D printing systems, supporting everything from small-batch prototyping to large-scale production. Post-processing includes CNC machining, surface finishing, and other treatments, while quality inspection covers dimensional accuracy and internal defect detection, ensuring parts meet the requirements of aerospace, transportation, thermal management, and other applications.
Yujing Xu, Global Sales Manager of Xihe Additive, stated that the true value of metal additive manufacturing lies not just in printing itself, but in delivering truly usable parts. Xihe Additive also released a white paper on green laser technology for thermal management applications. Data from the white paper shows that after removing brazed joints, liquid cooling plate efficiency increased by 28%, confirming the advantages of copper 3D printing in heat dissipation.
Currently, the platform offers materials including Ti6Al4V, AlSi10Mg, 6061 aluminum alloy, pure copper, and various copper alloys. Newly registered business and institutional users can enjoy a 10% discount on their first order, up to a maximum of $50 USD. Engineers can view instant quotes and material specifications on the Addireen Now platform.
