MINI has recently launched its 1965 Victory Edition limited series, drawing inspiration from the brand's victory at the 1965 Monte Carlo Rally.

The vehicle pays tribute to the classic in both design and naming, incorporating components manufactured using Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing technology—an established process within BMW Group production plants, particularly widely applied in customized and limited edition vehicle ranges.
Timo Göbel, head of Additive Manufacturing at BMW Group, stated that 3D printing now runs through the entire product lifecycle, from development and prototyping to series production and global network support. Since 2020, BMW's Additive Manufacturing Campus in Oberschleißheim has produced over 1.6 million components, with global plants manufacturing 100,000 parts annually.
The 1965 Victory Edition is available in both traditional combustion engine and electric versions: the electric version delivers 258 hp, while the combustion engine Cooper S and John Cooper Works versions output 204 hp and 231 hp respectively. The exterior features red paintwork with a white stripe extending from the hood to the roof and rear, and the "52" emblem on both sides of the body recreates the number from the original race car.
The vehicle will go on sale in various markets this month, with deliveries in Europe expected to begin in July 2026.
