A 200-million-yuan green smart factory project, capable of producing 100,000 AI 3D printers and 2,000 tons of new materials annually, has broken ground in Haiyan's Wuyuan Subdistrict.

The project for the annual production of 100,000 AI smart 3D printers and 2,000 tons of new materials, a green digital smart factory, has officially commenced construction in Wuyuan Subdistrict. As a key industrial project to be advanced in 2025 by Wuyuan Subdistrict of Haiyan County, it represents a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan, marking a critical step for Wuyuan Subdistrict in positioning itself within the frontier technology track of 3D printing and cultivating new quality productive forces.

The project covers a site area of 24.16 mu, with a planned factory construction area of 45,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will establish large-scale production capacity for 100,000 AI smart 3D printers and 2,000 tons of new materials annually. By building an intelligent production system, the project aims to drive industrial upgrading and transformation through innovative technologies. According to the plan, the project will begin production in 2027, at which point production capacity is expected to triple. When fully operational, the annual output value is projected to exceed 300 million yuan.

The investor, Zhejiang Createbot Technology Co., Ltd., is a global R&D and manufacturing enterprise for 3D printing equipment and consumables with 13 years of experience. It owns several well-known brands, including "Createbot" and "R3D." Headquartered in Ningbo, the company was recently recognized as a National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and New "Little Giant" Enterprise. It operates two major production bases in Fanchang, Wuhu and Fenghua, Ningbo, with its products exported to European and American markets. It is noteworthy that the company has been deeply involved in formulating three national industry standards, holds 21 technical patents, and has achieved significant breakthroughs in printing speed, precision, and stability. It is also actively advancing the R&D of new high-performance materials such as novel polymers and metal powders, continuously expanding the application scenarios for 3D printing.

Due to sufficient market orders, the company is eager to relocate and expand production. While purchasing land, it has also leased 20,000 square meters of transitional factory space.
