On August 26, 2026, Formnext ASIA Shenzhen opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

BCX launched two new products on-site: the dual-beam point-and-ring spot laser BFMC 500/3000M and the 300W air-cooled compact laser. The company also presented its full product matrix covering multiple power levels and wavelengths, along with integrated system solutions.
The newly launched BFMC 500/3000M uses a single fiber to deliver two spot modes. By coordinating the dual beams, it enables rapid switching between spot shape and size, balancing high-speed filling with fine-detail processing. This results in several times faster printing speeds. With dual core diameters of 14 μm and 50 μm, the system ensures both precision for complex details and capability for high-throughput production. It also offers high electro-optical conversion efficiency, excellent beam quality, and strong batch-to-batch consistency, making it suitable for demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, and medical sectors.
Also debuting was the 300W air-cooled compact laser, designed specifically for desktop industrial-grade equipment. With air cooling, a small footprint, and built-in focusing optics, it requires no external focusing lenses or other optical path components – just plug and play, greatly simplifying system integration. Optimized for common metals like stainless steel, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and tool steel, it is particularly well-suited for desktop scenarios in automotive and mold-making industries where mechanical properties are critical.
Addressing the growing demand for pure copper liquid-cooling channels driven by AI thermal management, BCX showcased its green laser BFSC 100-1000G series. The 532 nm wavelength offers high absorptivity on highly reflective materials like copper and copper alloys. The series delivers beam quality M² below 1.2, power stability within 1.5%, and electro-optical response under 20 μs. All core optical components are internally developed and manufactured, with full-chain quality control. The compact structure and rich interface options meet the stringent requirements of emerging fields for precision processing of reflective materials.
Beyond these, BCX also displayed the desktop industrial 20–300W air-cooled series, the 1U water-cooled M/P series widely used in consumer electronics and aerospace, and the 2 μm wavelength BFSC 100-300M series dedicated to non-metal material printing. Together, they cover the full spectrum from nylon composites and metal powders to educational research and mass production.
On the system integration front, BCX introduced integrated "laser + galvanometer scanner" and "laser + collimated output" solutions. The BFSC-500P-AM series, for example, features a collimated-output integrated design that reduces external optical path losses from the source and improves overall system stability. Through joint R&D with equipment manufacturers, BCX integrated the output head with the collimation system, effectively solving the traditional problem of optical matching losses.
Over the past decade, from the first air-cooled laser deployed in the dental field to over 20,000 units now steadily operating in aerospace, medical, and tooling applications, BCX – China's earliest laser manufacturer dedicated to 3D printing R&D – continues to strengthen the foundation of additive manufacturing with its ever-evolving product portfolio.
