3D Systems leverages additive manufacturing to break through the limitations of traditional processes, introducing a porous spinal fusion cage made from an enhanced PEEK material incorporating HA (Hydroxyapatite) and BCP (Biphasic Calcium Phosphate).

The product demonstrates excellent osteointegration potential, customizable mechanical properties, and geometric design freedom, enabling OEMs to optimize their PEEK fusion cage portfolios. Additionally, 3D printing significantly reduces material waste and manufacturing costs.
