Polymaker outlined its collaboration with UK equipment maker Rapid Fusion in an October 27 announcement, saying the partnership has been effective since the start of 2026. Rapid Fusion is joining the materials supplier's PolyCore Hardware Partner network.

According to Polymaker, PolyCore PETG-1113 and PETG-1013 have been validated with Rapid Fusion's PE320 extruder on Apollo, Zeus and Medusa systems. Both contain 30% glass fibre. PETG-1013 adds UV stabilisation, while PETG-1113 is positioned for applications requiring gelcoat adhesion. These are supplier-reported validation results.

A separate Cerberus demonstration produced an office-table base using PETG-1113 and the PE320 extruder. Polymaker reports dimensions of 700 x 500 x 1,100 mm, five hours of printing and 20 kg of material, with toolpaths prepared in AiBuild. Those figures describe that example, rather than guaranteed performance for other parts.

The partners plan further material validation, technical work and application case studies. The announcement does not provide independent test results or a universal qualification for all industrial uses.
