BLT Signs Agreement for RMB 1 Billion Metal Additive Manufacturing Base in Taicang

BLT has signed an agreement for an East China manufacturing base in Taicang, according to a Suzhou municipal government report published on October 21, 2026. The signing took place on October 20.

The project carries a planned investment of RMB 1 billion and approximately 104,000 square metres of factory space. Its intended products include heat-exchange components for semiconductor applications and high-end additive manufacturing equipment.

The government report puts anticipated annual output value at RMB 1 billion once the facility reaches its planned production level. That figure is a target, rather than current revenue or a confirmed order backlog.

The signing follows BLT's October 9 disclosure of the investment proposal, approved by its board on October 8. That filing described a construction period of roughly 24 months and flagged uncertainties around land acquisition, approvals and funding.

The latest report confirms a project-signing milestone. It does not say construction has been completed or that the new facility has started production.
