To meet the demands of large-scale metal powder production, Weilaile has built an integrated intelligent manufacturing control platform. By integrating ERP, CRM, PLM, and its self-developed MES system, the company has established a unified data foundation that connects the entire lifecycle from raw materials to delivery. This architecture vertically links equipment with management systems and horizontally bridges R&D, production, and quality inspection, providing a robust digital backbone for the stable mass production of high-end powders.
In terms of quality control, Weilaile has deployed a digital management system that covers every stage of production.
