At the 2026 TCT Shenzhen show, Zhou Meng, marketing lead at Jinshi 3D, walked us through this year's product lineup: four lines—resin, pellet, metal, and polymer filament—moving forward together.

Resin machines surpass 10,000 units shipped

The 600 model (600×600×400mm) at the booth entrance is Jinshi's founding product and a classic in the rapid prototyping (handboard) industry. Cumulative shipments of the company's full resin lineup have now passed 10,000 units, and in early 2026 several major customers ordered another 100 to 150 machines each. Nearby sit post-processed, painted prints—escalator models, creative collectibles, medical parts—all real products made for customers.

Pellet + filament: from wing molds to unmanned boats

The FGF-800Pro pellet machine now runs an industrial-grade CNC control system, with higher extrusion flow and noticeably better efficiency and stability. On display is a scaled-down aircraft wing mold printed in high-temperature material, rated to 200°C. Several airlines have purchased Jinshi's custom 3-meter-class large pellet machines specifically for aerospace molds. The FDM-M1000Pro offers a one-cubic-meter build volume, and all three polymer machines support filament-break resume-print, aimed at new-energy vehicles and industrial production. The FDM-M500, at 500mm cubed, is cheaper and covers smaller-size customers.
Among the exhibits: an integrally printed 800-size drone frame with a hollow structure weighing just over half a kilogram, printed in about 40 hours; and a yacht console that goes straight onto the boat after post-processing. Zhuhai has a dense marine industry, and multiple boatbuilders have already trial-produced 2- to 10-meter small unmanned vessels on Jinshi pellet machines. Jinshi is now developing a five-axis robotic-arm pellet machine, aiming squarely at printing an entire boat.

Sculptures up to 30 meters in a single piece

A 2-meter-tall WarGreymon sculpture was filament-printed and post-processed in about 10 days. Jinshi has spent years in large outdoor sculptures, with over 200 cases spanning mall displays, park installations, municipal projects, and sports-event IP—single pieces up to 20 to 30 meters.

Desktop metal machine debuts

The new desktop metal printer has a 120×100mm build envelope and handles stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy, and orthopedic alloys. Priced in the low hundreds of thousands of RMB—roughly $15,000 to $20,000—it targets dental and education/research, where small builds save expensive powder. The classic 280 model (250×250×300mm) is the metal division's highest-volume, most stable seller. The metal portfolio runs from 50×100mm up to 1.2 and 1.5 meters, with 2-meter-class custom builds available, and can print refractory metals such as tungsten. Jinshi operates print factories in Xianyang, Tianjin, Chongqing, Huizhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Changsha, Jiujiang, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, forming six regional clusters. Zhou Meng noted that as metal prototyping demand took off, metal machines have essentially become standard equipment for handboard shops.

Filament and pellet materials push forward together

Jinshi began pushing filament and pellet materials this year, targeting both B2B and consumer markets. Filament covers PLA silk, high-speed filament, TPU flexible, transparent PETG, ABS, PLA wood, and matte single-color PLA. Pellet materials on display include carbon-fiber-reinforced PPS (rated above 200°C, used for autoclave molds and large drones), flame-retardant ABS, and glass-fiber-reinforced flame-retardant PETG—the latter mainly for vacuum-forming molds and inspection test parts, printed and then CNC-finished for direct inspection.
