Xihe Additive has built a new plant in Zhanggong District, Ganzhou, with a monthly capacity of 50 metal additive manufacturing systems.

This marks its official move from prototype development into volume production of green-light equipment for copper and thermal management components.
The new plant focuses on assembly consistency, optical alignment, and quality verification, serving customer needs from trial orders to mass production. Its core system, the XH-M350G-2HR, is equipped with dual 532 nm green lasers at 2×500 W and 1000 W, a build volume of 350×350×550 mm, a maximum pure copper build rate of 24.24 cm³/h, and a layer thickness of 40 microns.
Parts achieve 99.9% relative density, thermal conductivity of 400 W/(m·K), electrical conductivity of 101% IACS, and dimensional consistency with a Cpk greater than 1.33. Beyond pure copper, the system also supports CuCrZr, CuCrNb, CuSn10, AlSi10Mg, and 316L stainless steel. Its main applications include cold plates for AI servers, power electronics heat sinks, optical module heat sinks, induction coils, and aerospace thermal components.
Jiangxi's 3D printing equipment output grew 90.8% year-on-year in the first half of the year. According to the company's head, China's installed base of metal 3D printing equipment is under 10,000 units, and that number is expected to surpass 50,000 within five years. With the second phase coming online, capacity will be further unlocked.
