Shining 3D and Huayan Robotics Forge Deepened Strategic Partnership to Co-Develop Next-Generation Robotic 3D Inspection Solutions

At the prominent China International Industrial Expo, Shining 3D Tech Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Huayan Robot Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was grandly held at the Huayan Robot booth, with Mr. Yang Yang, General Manager of Shining 3D's Industrial 3D Scanning Business Unit, and Mr. Wang Guangneng, CEO of Huayan Robot, attending and representing their respective companies.

Laying the Foundation: "Little Giant" and "Manufacturing Champion" Join Forces

Huayan Robot, a National-Level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of collaborative robots, boasts a diverse product portfolio including the Elfin series, Elfin-Pro series, Elfin-Ex explosion-proof series, and S-series heavy-load robots, providing automation and intelligent services to manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and other sectors.

Shining 3D, designated a National Manufacturing "Single Champion" in the 3D vision field, is dedicated to the R&D and application of high-precision 3D vision software and hardware. Its main products encompass wireless all-in-one handheld 3D scanners, handheld laser 3D scanners, laser tracking 3D scanning systems, fixed blue light 3D scanners, robotic intelligent 3D inspection systems, professional color 3D scanners, dental IPG intraoral photogrammetry systems, and intraoral 3D scanners. These solutions serve industries like automotive, energy/heavy industry, engineering machinery, electronics/appliances, and dental healthcare, enhancing efficiency, quality, and reducing waste for users.

From Past Collaboration to Future Co-Creation

Building upon cooperation initiated in 2019 exploring intelligent inspection solutions combining 3D scanning with collaborative robots, the partners jointly launched the RobotScan Robotic Intelligent 3D Inspection System in April 2021. This provided a powerful domestic solution for automated inspection, meeting modern factories' needs for high-speed, batch inspection.

This newly signed agreement deepens this ecosystem partnership, focusing on integrated innovation around overall 3D vision solutions. Leveraging Shining 3D's profound technical expertise and case experience in high-precision 3D vision, combined with Huayan Robot's strengths in motion control, intelligent perception, and AI algorithms for smart robots, the two companies will co-develop next-generation robotic intelligent 3D inspection systems and automated solutions tailored for various industry scenarios. Collaboration will extend to project implementation, solution promotion, market expansion, and joint branding activities, aiming to drive the large-scale application of high-precision 3D vision automated inspection in real-world scenarios and create greater value for customers.
