The microArch S150 Series will be available for order starting in the second quarter of 2026.

Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF) has recently launched the microArch S150 Series of 3D printing systems, which includes two new models: the S150, designed for laboratory development and precision prototyping, and the S150 Ultra, a high-throughput system aimed at fast production workflows.
This series adopts a desktop-friendly design, bringing industrial-grade micron-scale additive manufacturing to a broader range of users. The S150 Ultra offers print speeds up to 9x faster than its predecessor, enabling low-volume production of fine-featured parts such as microneedles, fluidic channels, and nozzles. It features an optical resolution of 25 µm, positional accuracy of ±3 µm, and utilizes the company’s proprietary Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, with layer thickness ranging from 10 to 100 µm.
The new printers are equipped with automated calibration, pre-loaded printing parameters, a HEPA13 filtration system, and UV-C sterilization functionality, simplifying the workflow while ensuring a clean build environment. According to BMF, this series is designed to help customers accelerate R&D without compromising quality, lowering the barriers to high-precision micro-scale 3D printing.
