The Centralized Powder Supply Station integrates powder conveying, sieving, and recycling functions. With a powder tank capacity of 200L, a conveying efficiency of 300L/h, a recycling efficiency of 150L/h, and a sieving efficiency of 90L/h, it can simultaneously support the powder demands of up to eight main devices (using the C400M as an example). This meets the requirements for large-scale, long-cycle production.

2.One-Time Powder Loading with Automatic Circulation, Reducing Labor Costs

For example, when eight devices are operating simultaneously, the traditional method requires at least two workers to continuously perform tasks such as loading powder, sieving, and powder recovery, which are labor-intensive and require extensive training. With the Centralized Powder Supply Station, only one worker is needed for the initial powder loading and replenishment, enabling continuous production.

3.Fully Enclosed Circulation, Minimizing Powder Waste and Ensuring Environmental Safety

Utilizing inert gas for conveying, the system operates in a fully enclosed, automated process with no airborne powder dust. This maximizes powder utilization efficiency. Compared to traditional manual powder loading methods, it reduces powder waste by approximately ¥200,000 annually while minimizing environmental risks and ensuring workshop cleanliness and personnel safety.

4.Flexible Layout, Adaptable to Various Factory Setups

In terms of quantity, one powder station can be flexibly paired with one to eight devices. In terms of layout, the station occupies only 1.8 square meters and can be adapted to various arrangements based on the customer’s factory or site conditions, achieving high space efficiency.
