HASH and Bori Technology have partnered to provide 3D-printed sneakers and backpacks for athletes at China's 15th National Games, showcasing how 3D printing enables personalized, high-performance sports equipment through digital design and manufacturing.

On November 9, 2025, the 15th National Games grandly opened at Guangzhou Olympic Sports Center. This highly anticipated sports event not only showcases peak athletic performance but also serves as a stage for cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. Antarctic Bear has learned that 3D-printed sneakers and backpacks, jointly created by HASH and Bori Technology, made their debut with several Beijing delegation teams. This marks a new identity for 3D printing technology as "scientific equipment," reshaping the landscape of competitive sports gear.

3D-Printed Sneakers at the National Games

During the opening ceremony’s much-watched recitation segment "Ode to Chinese Sports Spirit," the performers wearing HASH 3D-printed sneakers became the center of attention. These sneakers, manufactured using HALS ultra-high-speed light-curing 3D printing technology, draw design inspiration from "flowing power," seamlessly blending futuristic aesthetics with Eastern artistic sensibilities.
The sneakers are innovatively produced in one piece via HALS ultra-high-speed light-curing 3D printing technology. The fluid lines embody the design concept of "flowing power." Made from Elastrium™, a bio-based elastic material, the shoes ensure lightweight flexibility and strong rebound while aligning with sustainable, eco-friendly principles. Notably, the interior features an adaptive lattice structure developed through big data analysis. Each lattice unit can deform independently under pressure, intelligently dispersing foot stress and providing long-lasting comfort for the wearer.

The "Breathable" Design of 3D-Printed Backpacks

In addition to sneakers, custom 3D-printed backpacks were developed for Beijing delegation athletes. The standout feature of these backpacks is the integration of Bori Technology’s 3D-printed AirBuff ventilation modules into the back support system.
Crafted from professional waterproof technical fabric and equipped with Germany’s Fidlock magnetic buckle system, the backpacks allow for convenient one-handed operation. The most groundbreaking innovation lies in the AirBuff ventilation modules integrated into the back panel.
Produced using HALS ultra-high-speed 3D printing technology, these modules incorporate a bionic lattice structure that replaces traditional padding with "structural ventilation." This design enables free airflow across the back, maintaining excellent breathability and comfort even under high-intensity use.

Industry Shift: From Standardization to Personalized Customization

From Antarctic Bear’s perspective, the collaboration between HASH and Bori Technology holds significance far beyond the success of individual products. It validates the feasibility of the "digital modeling-AI optimization-3D printing manufacturing" paradigm in the high-end sports equipment sector.
Traditional sports equipment has long struggled to balance standardization and personalization. 3D printing technology now makes "precision adaptation" a reality. Digital customization based on individual athlete data not only achieves millimeter-level optimization accuracy but also provides tailored technical solutions aligned with the biomechanical characteristics of different sports.
As 3D printing technology continues to deepen its roots in the sports equipment industry, we have reason to believe that this technology-driven revolution will inject new innovative momentum into Chinese athletics.
